2. Description of service

FPL-360 is a free analytics and AI prediction tool for Fantasy Premier League managers. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League.

3. Use of the service

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways
• You agree not to scrape or bulk-download data from the platform

4. AI recommendations disclaimer

All predictions and AI-generated content are for informational purposes only. FPL-360 is not responsible for any FPL points lost as a result of following recommendations made by the platform.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be updated or discontinued at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

FPL-360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
